Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours and typically hit your bank statement in 5-10 days.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or the email invoice link.
After cancellation, you will retain access to Reple Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle.
We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused days in the middle of a billing cycle (except during the initial 7-day guarantee).
Before filing a chargeback with your bank, please contact us. We are reasonable humans. A chargeback is a harsh legal action that hurts small businesses. If you have a valid issue, we strictly prefer to refund you directly.
